YAY, just this morning I was thinking about the blog and hoping for updates! Hooray!
Everything looks delicious!
What exactly is garam masala paste? I've got garam masala powder...can I make it into paste somehow?
(I'm not quite as gourmet as you two yet!) ;)
You can definitely use garam masala, I am just addicted to these jars of goodness. http://www.spicesofindia.co.uk/acatalog/Indian-Food-Pataks-Garam-Masala-Curry-Paste.html
